If, for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags, and in original packaging. Contact our customer service team at returns@swooneez.com to request a return authorization before sending the item back. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount or exchange for another items of equal value.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received successfully.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@swooneez.com so we can explain the process for replacement.
